La Paloma: longer annularity on Rocha’s coast
La Paloma exceeds six minutes of annularity and works well as a quieter coastal holiday than Punta del Este. We treat it as a strong travel candidate, but we will not reuse Rocha city’s cloud figure until a directly comparable local series is verified.
